Student Apartments - Fiji

Developer: Elike Bomani

This is a student hostel near the Education Precinct of the Capital of Fiji – Laucala Bay Suva. The scope was to maximise the property area through infrastructure with a design that caters for a homely feel to the accommodates. DesignLife has planned the hostel with 4 workplaces and 3 level unit apartment. Every single room in the student’s hostel is an imitation of one another to bring a homely feel. A tight and long site ignoring the retail area.

The student accommodation will have a distinguished area between the education and the retail area. There is an obscuring of area zones. The hostel by DesignLife emphatically centres around consolidate ongoing living, learning and sporting spaces, that are utilitarian. Spaces have plentiful capacity choices, cross ventilation, outlining the sea view.

It turns into a ‘Semi Resort Apartment’ living space with independent living units join a room and living room into solitary open space with a blend of single, two-room units. The façade passage point has free streaming open space, uncovering various bits of the inner design. The units are outfitted with a beautiful yard with palm trees and pools and sporting offices.

Moving from a far off country or external island implies there is a feeling of home which the plan of the inner and outside spaces brings.
